Terms of service

Version 1.0 · Last updated 27 October 2026

Draft for launch

These terms describe how the platform is operated today. They are not legal advice and must be reviewed by a lawyer before Biosy takes payments at scale.

1. The agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice. If you use Biosy for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and the email address on the account current. You are responsible for what happens through your account. One person may hold several pages within their plan's limit; usernames are allocated on a first-come basis and may not be sold, parked or squatted.

3. Your content

You own the content you put on your page, including your images, text and the leads you collect. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it — nothing more. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for the promises you make to the people who give you their contact details.

4. Acceptable use

Not allowed, on any plan:

  • Impersonating a person, brand or organisation you do not represent.
  • Malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, or links that misrepresent their destination.
  • Content that is illegal in Bangladesh, or adult content aimed at minors.
  • Bulk automated account creation, scraping other pages, or attempting to overload the service.
  • Uploading content you do not have the rights to.

We may suspend a page that breaks these rules. Where we do, we state the reason, keep the decision in a log, and accept an appeal.

5. Plans and billing

Plan prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and may change; existing subscribers keep the price of their current period. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next charge and access continues to the end of the paid period. Where a payment fails, the subscription enters a grace period before paid features are withdrawn. Refunds are available within 7 days of a first charge where the paid features were not used.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it. Maintenance is announced where it can be. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn; a feature that a paid plan advertises will not be withdrawn during a paid period without a pro-rated refund.

7. Limits of liability

Biosy is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost leads or indirect losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may close an account that remains in serious breach after notice, or that is required to be removed by law. After closure we keep only what accounting law requires, as described in the privacy notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
