Getting started
Do I need an account?
Yes — a page belongs to an account so it can be edited, moderated and exported. An email address is enough to start; no card is required for the Free plan.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes: claim a username, add a few links, publish. The page is live as soon as you save it.
What is my page address?
Your username on this domain, for example biosy.com.bd/yourname. Paid plans can point their own domain at the page as well.
Can I have more than one page?
Free includes one. Creator Pro includes three, Business ten, and Agency unlimited.
Links and content
How many links can I add?
Unlimited basic links on every plan, including Free. The paid plans add blocks — images, video, product cards, announcement banners and forms.
Can a link appear only for a limited time?
Yes. A link can have a start and end date, with an optional countdown shown on the page.
Can I hide a link without deleting it?
Yes — disable it and the address stops resolving while the entry and its statistics stay.
Can I put HTML or a script on my page?
No, deliberately. Blocks are typed and rendered by the server, so nothing you paste can break the page or run code in a visitor's browser.
Analytics and privacy
What exactly is counted?
Page views, link clicks, click-through rate, referrers, device category, country and QR scans. Views and clicks are counted separately — a click is interest, not a sale.
Do you store IP addresses?
No. Unique visitors are estimated from a hash of the address and browser that is salted and rotated daily; the address itself is never written to the database.
How long is analytics kept?
Seven days on Free, 90 days on Creator Pro, one year on Business, and unlimited on Agency.
Can I export my data?
Yes — analytics and leads export to CSV, and the account export includes your page content.
Domains and branding
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Business and above. You add a DNS record to prove the domain is yours, then point it at your page. We verify before serving, so nobody can claim a domain they do not control.
Can I remove the Biosy badge?
Yes, from Creator Pro upwards. On Free the badge sits at the bottom of the page.
Do you support Bangla content?
Yes. Pages, links and leads store UTF-8, and Bengali digits are accepted in forms and normalised server-side.
Billing
What does it cost?
Free is ৳0 forever. Creator Pro is ৳199/month, Business ৳499/month, Agency from ৳1,499/month. Yearly billing works out two months cheaper.
Is there a free trial?
Paid plans include a 7-day trial. The Free plan needs no trial because it does not expire.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in two clicks, without contacting support. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
Which payment methods work?
Mobile wallet and card payments through our provider. The checkout lists the methods available in your country.
Trust and safety
How do I report a page?
Every public page carries a report action. Reports open a moderation record with a reason, and the decision is logged.
What is not allowed?
Impersonation, malware, phishing, adult content aimed at minors, and anything illegal in Bangladesh. The terms list this properly.
What happens if my account is suspended?
You are told which rule was broken and how to appeal. Your data is kept while the appeal is open.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Deleting the account removes the page and its analytics; leads can be exported first.
