By mobile wallet or card through our payment provider. Which methods are available depends on your country; the checkout shows what applies to you.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
What happens if a payment fails?
The subscription enters a grace period, you are emailed, and the page keeps working until the grace period ends.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 7 days of a first charge, if the paid features were not used. Refunds are issued through the original provider.
